Celebrating 25 Years in Business

On August 24, 1984 Just Nails opened its doors as the first nails-only salon in Madison, Wisconsin. Inspired by a visit to a nail salon in St. Louis, Alfonso and Jan Studesville discovered that there were few salons in Madison that offered manicures, and that no salons specialized in the growing nail care industry.

An idea for a business was born that grew into the current state-of-the-art complete nail care studio that is Just Nails in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Just Nails offers both natural nail services, such as pedicures and manicures, and artificial nail enhancements including acrylic, fiberglass and ultra-violet cured gels.

Just Nails is one of only a few nails-only salons in the United States to continue operation for 25 years by the same owners. To celebrate their 25th anniversary, the month of August was designated Customer Appreciation Month with a drawing for Spa Pedicures, and gifts and treats for each client serviced.

Six clients who have all been coming to Just Nails for 25 years gathered for champagne and a group photo to help celebrate this milestone. Alfonso and Jan appreciate and thank all current and former clients and technicians for being part of their history.
